Hi Anonymous

My first question for you is what are you eating? You will not lose weight unless you are eating a healthy diet. This is crucial along with exercise.

Have you talked to your health provider? Are you in good health? Sometimes a health problem can affect your ability to lose weight, such as Cushing's disease or hypothyroid or that sort of thing. I'm not saying you are ill, just saying you might want to get checked out in case you have a medical issue that is contributing to your problem.

How old are you? As we age, it becomes harder to lose weight, so that could be part of it too. Hormonal changes require changes in diet and exercise sometimes.

In addition, if you have a high proportion of fat to muscle in your body, as you begin to exercise you gain muscle and that weighs more than fat. So your weight may not decrease right away even if you are becoming more fit.
