They often have some great recipes on the site as well as a lot of creative ways you can add more almonds to your diet, such as putting them in a candy jar instead of candy, which is what I've done. Of course, it does help to try to avoid the special almonds that are loaded with extra salt and other things to give them more flavor and commercialize them. I think they're just fine plain. :-) Pat
