If it has been 4 weeks after you had intercourse (and have not had unprotected sex since that time), with another test showing negative, it is most likely that the pregnancy test would have detected any "pregnancy hormones" by this time, and you can depend on the results. They are about 99% reliable at this point, and your next period may also be slightly irregular (that is the side effect of Plan B, unfortunately).
