Are you using any tracking methods or ovulation predictor kits to learn about your menstrual cycle? Some women this can help; others it creates more anxiety and stress.
What did your gynecologist say about your fertility? Did your doctor mention what your next steps can be, or was it suggested that you and your husband continue trying for 12 months?
