You 100% can get pregnant without full intercourse. My son that is 35 years old, did a 23andMe test out of curiosity of his ancestors. He then gifted his half-sister a 23andMe test also. Soon after my son called me asking if there was any way this could be right because he and his half-sister did not match up at all. I told him there was a slim chance because I was someone only one time while I was with his father. We never had full intercourse. My DNA paternity test proved without a doubt that you can become pregnant without having full intercourse.
