the preejaculatory fluid is not slight its much more nd not just drops..nd it is also known as lubricating fluid..as i have read at othr places it does contain sperm of previous sexual act if u dint urinate prior to the sexual act nd aftr the first ejaculate but not enough nd very slight chances of getting ur partner pregnant..bt still theres a risk..
