Hi,
It is most likely not implantation bleeding, as this would not be described as a "period". This type of bleeding usually goes unnoticed by women, as it is so slight as it merely a spot of blood after wiping.

Women's menstrual cycles can change for many reasons, and can be early or late; heavy or light; different colors of menstrual flow (brown, red, pink); etc.

The normal range for length of cycles is between 21 to 35 days ("day 1" counting as the first day of your last menstrual cycle...the first day you bled). If you are experiencing bleeding that is considered normal (not soaking more than one pad or tampon each hour), and your early period has occurred within - or close to- the "normal range" above, it may just be an early period.

Lastly, you said you just went through tubal reversal surgery in March. Have you had a menstrual period post surgery? Are you experiencing any pain?
