Hi Alison!

I actually goofed when I tried to explain more after the q last night... apparently I was only able to do the one thing per day... oops...:o)Sorry for this will be a long one...again any advice or anyone who has had similar experiences, that would be great! :o)
K, now here's the deal...I am 34, started my period at 9 1/2. My husband had a vasectomy over 14 years ago so this makes it hard to tell whether there are fertility issues TTC etc. My periods have been very regular but most of the time the pains are extreme on day 1and 2, flow quite heavy. I also get migraines just as the period begins and about half way through the month. Sadly it was my husband that noticed the migraine timings. :o) Over the last couple years have been having pelvic pains, gradually increasing in frequency and pain level. These are now daily. Almost always slightly to the left or slightly to the right..., sometimes very mild, but still there and annoying...most kind of medium level pain, once severe enough I became naucious and felt I would pass out. I was regulary spotting as well, sometimes at random throughout the month and sometimes after sex.About 10 yrs ago I had CINIII and had cryosurgery for that, and hadn't had a pap until recently ( same man I was with). I had a pelvic and pap , results came back good! YAY!(I have learned my lesson about paps :o( )However it just said inflammation of cervix, bled freely. Then had reg ultrasound and tv ultrasound. They came back saying "multiple cysts bilaterally in ovaries, largest is 1.5 cm's,There is a linear arrangement of small cysts in the left ovary and this makes it difficult to exclude a component of pcos"After that I was referred to a specialist and they did a colposcopy, she then did a biopsy of the cervix "b/c of bleeding and a suspicious appearance of cervix, a lot of scar tissue". Upon revisit with specialist she gave me nidagel(broad spectrum antibiotic). I had no other signs of infection though...This seems to have greatly improved the spotting.. only happens occassionally now. However the pains are still there. Saw regualr doc, he sent me for full blood work upincluding FSH and ESTRADIOL-17 beta. I wasn't informed to go any any particular days but I keep reading these are best done on the 3rd day...sooo, I ended up going on my 18th day...:oS Results are as follows ESTRADIOL 17-BETA : 362 pmol/L and FSH 5 IU/L . My specialist thinks it might be endo and or pcos... has suggested a laproscopic surgery to 'check things out more closely'. I had asked for copies of everything hence all the details... :o)

Thank you so much for your time :o)
