You're very ignorant. Exercise is about 30% of the battle whereas diet is roughly 70%. If you want to lose weight, you can do so by limiting your calorie intake. But if you want to be healthy, you need to do both. Take a 20 minute walk, at least, every single day. Aerobics and strength training will help a great deal, but if you are blowing your diet then it all won't mean a damn thing. I eat a Healthy Choice meal once a week and have started 3 months ago. Also, I work 15 hour days/70 hour weeks so I don't get many chances to work out. But since I've limited my intake to around 1400 calories a day, I have lost 12 pounds. Keep your nasty tongue in your mouth where it belongs, or somebody with sharper wits is going to cut it off.
