Hi,
This is great that you are already engaged in doing core exercises, as well as strengthening-type exercises (sitting up/pulling up), and weight-bearing exercises (walking up stairs).

It is important that you talk with your doctor about engaging in any exercises where you can possibly "land hard", such as jumping or jogging or horseback riding, as you could create stress fractures from any sudden "hard landing". Trampolines are known to be great exercise for coordination, balance and cardiovascular fitness, but please check with your doctor first! Horse back riding is great, too...just a phone call with your doctor and you can have your answer!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions after receiving the approval/OK from your doctor!
