I am so sorry you have already had two miscarriages a few years ago. How long have you been trying to conceive recently?

If you have a menstrual cycle regularly, but it changes slightly, then it is still a menstrual period. Your period can be lighter or heavier; longer duration or shorter duration; the color of blood can be pink, red, brown. You can have pre-menstrual symptoms or none. These can all change from cycle-to-cycle and this is all normal and healthy.

Does this help?
Do you have any questions about conception? I'm not sure what your question was really referring to; where you wondering if you are pregnant with a change in menstruation (the answer is no; if you are menstruating, you are not pregnant). Are you wondering if your cycle is healthy (from the information above, the answer is yes), to that you can continue trying to conceive?

Did your doctor determine the reason(s) for your previous miscarriages?
