Anon - You wrote that you were exposed to ebostos, are you saying you were exposed to asbestos?

When asbestos-containing materials are damaged or disturbed by repair, remodeling or demolition activities, microscopic fibers become airborne and can be inhaled into the lungs, where they can cause significant health problems.

As Cary said you need to seek medical treatment for this. Here is a link to information about asbestos exposure that can help you better understand this, but you will not be able to treat this yourself.

I do not know what ECT means? Does this have something to do with your employer? If so, you can share this same link with your employer.

Please let us know that you got this information, what additional questions you may have and if you are getting medical care. Thank you. We hope you are doing better now.
