Here is some more information about me that might help. I do eat a healthy diet and I try to fit in some exercise every day. I'm washing my face with water and dove soap. I wear some makeup but not a lot. Just a small amount of Mac cover-up and mascara. I don't smoke or drink and I'm not on any birth-control. I have been on birth control before and that didn't seem to have any effect on my skin.

I'd say I'm pretty healthy, I'm just wondering if my skin will get used to this new way of cleaning or will I have to go back to what I used before? I know that genes can play a part in acne and my whole entire family has pretty clear skin. My mom even wears quite a bit of makeup and washes her face with just water and a bit of soap and her face is clear. My dad and sister just use water and their faces are clear too.
