Try snacking on nuts. 1 oz will hold you between breakfast and lunch, as well as lunch as dinner. I mix mine up with almonds, walnuts, and cashews. There are some nut clusters made with brown rice syrup that are quite good as well. This keeps the hungries away. ]]>Fat Farm]]>
