Have you asked your fiance what the texts and phone calls are about? I'm confused, when you say "hook up" what do you mean? Are these guys wanting to just meet up with your fiance? Are they friends of his you know, or guys he hasn't introduced you to?
I have read countless places, and can say from experience, that in regard to relationships, trust and communication are most important. You can uphold these concepts by being direct and asking "what gives?" to your fiance. Then deal with it in an adult manner from there.
