It is hard to say for sure, but if you just had a baby 5 weeks ago, are you still bleeding? Are you breastfeeding? Those two things would make it less likely, but people do sometimes get pregnant very quickly after having a baby and unprotected sex.
I suggest you contact your ob/gyn about this. With your recent childbirth, they will know your history and be able to give you a much better answer than I can.
