Hi Anonymous
I'm not quite sure I understand your question fully. I don't know what you mean about the "tab".

Are you saying you have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)? Have you seen a gynecologist about this? A gynecologist should be able to work with you to decrease your periods so they are not twice a month.

I'm not sure if you are asking if having sex with protection will affect your periods? But it shouldn't. Your periods are caused by hormones in your body, and unless you become pregnant, having sex should not really change your menstrual cycle. As for oral sex, I'm not sure what you are asking there, but there is nothing wrong with it if that's what you mean.

We have information on PCOS that may help you: https://www.empowher.com/condition/polycystic-ovarian-syndrome.

Thank you for writing and if we can help you further, please let us know.
