When we are under a lot of stress, this can affect our hormone levels and therefore affect and even change cycles. There are even times when women have found their periods have actually stopped due to being very worried about being pregnant. If you remain extremely worried you may want to ask your doctor for a blood test to determine if you are pregnant.
