Please see a doctor, as this could indicate an infection or other condition.

Are you able to get to your doctor, talk with a school nurse, or get to a Planned Parenthood? Your symptoms can become worse, so as Cary said, it is imperative that you call someone soon.

Can you call your regular primary care physician, without suspicion from your parents (although, the visit would be on their insurance bill). I am sure your parents/mom will want you to be safe, and thick white discharge from your nipples is something that needs to be medically evaluated.
