I understand that. But the opposite symptoms would apply to high progesterone, and that's what you seem to have. Too much progesterone would prevent a period and all of those other things. So it seems you need to have your hormones tested again and decide whether you need to be on progesterone or not.

Sometimes I think we're better off if we just go the way of natural menopause instead of hormone treatment. I know not everyone can do that, but to me it seems simpler and the symptoms of menopause are often less than the symptoms of getting your hormones all out of whack by supplementing them.
