Hi Anon (original poster),
No, you would not be pregnant if you had your menstrual period for this cycle.

Please know, that anytime you miss pills, and make-them up the following day(s), that you decrease the effectiveness of your pill. If you miss more than 2 pills in-a-row, you would most likely need to start a new pack of pills (read your instructions with your prescription to verify this, but most birth control pills are similar).

Even more importantly...if you miss pills (as some of us do on occasion), you MUST use a back-up form of birth control (condom) for the following 7 days! Please do not have unprotected sex when you know you are missing pills. It is imperative, if you do not want to be pregnant at this time in your life, to use a reliable form of birth control...and for you, that might be using condoms until you can use your birth control pills consistently and correctly every day.

Did you know there are other types of birth control that you don't need to use every day? So many women have difficulty taking a pill every day, and there are some great options for you! I would love to talk with you about them, if you are interested.
