If your boyfriend said this to you, and meant it, then he can still get an erection, and not be sexually attracted to you. A man's penis can become erect by any number of stimuli, including sexual and non-sexual. Just the act of a man taking off his underwear to get dressed, and his penis feeling the "open air" can cause an erection.
I am also confused how you say you love each other, but he is not attracted to you sexually. This would be the reason he may/may not get an erection, and may/may not stay erect, and may/may not ejaculate.
