Hi tickytoo - It's unfortunate that your dermatologist isn't assisting you in identifying and treating the itchy white pimples. You may want to consider seeing another dermatologist for a second option, and to be treated. It sounds like you have some type of dermatitis. We have quite a bit of information on the site about this condition. The most commonly know example is poison ivy, but this can also be caused by reactions to other items such as certain flowers, grasses, herbs, chemical detergents or cleaning, some fabrics, fruits or vegetables.
