Ear wax would not cause fever, but you could feel disoriented and dizzy. I am concerned about you becoming unconscious...have you seen a doctor for this?
There is a condition in which you may have ear wax blockage: Mayo Clinic: Ear Wax Blockage, but only a doctor would be able to diagnose (you would not be able to see clearly enough inside your ear).
Did a doctor remove the ear wax that was painful from your previous episode?
