Of course if you are not a sufferer and are trying to find out what is happening to someone you are attempting to look after with this illness of CFS, then instead YOU make the list if they are unable. If they are unable to speak let them rest. Get them an electric toothbrush and don't ask what needs to be done. They are struggling far too deeply to put words together, let alone think what you need to do, when they are longing to get up and do what they used to do.
