Hi Heidi,

Trying to figure how much you are supposed to weigh can be shown by using the Body Mass Index or (BMI). You can use a calculator here http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ sponsored by the US Department of Health and Human Services. Since you are 5'2 ½, you can use both 5'2 and 5'3 which puts in a healthy or borderline index.

Are you experiencing weight gain in specific areas? For example,
women with a waist measurement of more than 35 inches or men with a waist measurement of more than 40 inches may have a higher disease risk than people with smaller waist measurements because of where their fat lies.

Why do you want to weight 120 or 125? Many people sometimes have muscle which weighs more than fat and a number sometimes can mean only just that, a number.
