Thanks for your comment. Are you trying to get pregnant? Have you contacted your doctor about wanting to get pregnant to see if there is anything to consider related to your personal health history? The doctor's office would be the best resource for finding out about the best ways for you to pursue getting pregnant.
Generally speaking though, I'm not a doctor, but I do know that in a healthy woman of child-bearing capability, there always is the possibility for pregnancy around ovulation, and possibly at other times too since the sperm can live for up to 5 days following being deposited inside of you, and depending on when you engage in the act.
