I have been taking hCG and when I stick to 500 cals a day I loose weight, a lot of weight. Far more than if I were just on 500 cals. I this know this fact from my bodily excretions, bowels 3 x a day and not 1 and bladder 8 x a day and not 4/5. Some of that weight loss much burn off as fuel. How unhealthy is it to carry the extra weight every day, apart from the negative mental effects too? I suggest you get a chain from the hardware, it is tiny close linked chain and clips into itself, wear that round your waist which will be a permanent reminder when you are putting on the weight again.
