It worked great for me and my wife ! 45 lbs in 50 days. Been in phase 3 for two weeks and no weight gain for either of us. Just learned what a portion size is and I eat smart now :) 42 waist to 36 we look great and feel great. I am 48 and am down to 190, I have not seen 190 since college.
