You have experienced two different "episodes" of bleeding/spotting since after taking Plan B, so that is a good sign. It is difficult to know if both times was "only" breakthrough bleeding (spotting/bleeding in-between periods), or if it was a menstrual period.
Since you did have spotting for 6 days in mid-July, that may have been a very light period, as you had a period (or some type of bleeding) in mid-June.
You will likely have a period in mid-August. If you are worried about being pregnant from your June 2nd sexual encounter, you can take a home pregnancy test now and it will be accurate (assuming you have not had unprotected sex since this time).
