From the research I could find on reverse tubal ligation, the answer is: it depends. I am not sure why you would want to undergo reversal, when you still have one tube that is not tied.
Reverse tubal ligation has a success rate of 20%-70%, and factors that effect this range include the type of procedure you had, if the tube was damaged, etc.
Are you able to speak with your doctor about this, who can talk with you about your options (and knows the condition of your fallopian tubes)?
