If the Panadol (acetaminophen) worked, you may want to continue using this today (there have not been shown to have any long-term effects of using this medication during pregnancy, when taken as directed).
Riding a bicycle would not cause of these symptoms, unless you have not been exercising recently. Do you feel that you over-exercised, or pulled a muscle on your side? If the bicycle was ill-fitting, or if you were holding on tight to the handlebars and clinching your side, you may be feeling soreness from learning a new form of physical activity. This soreness would be normal.
If the pain that you describe is UNBEARABLE, you need to go to a clinic today and not wait. Are you able to see a doctor today?
