It is possible the delayed period is related to the Plan B. It is also possible you are pregnant due to having unprotected sex. The urinating every 20 minutes makes me wonder if you have a urinary tract infection. As for the diarrhea, that could be a zillion things from anxiety to something you ate to a GI bug.
I suggest if you continue to urinate that often, you see a health care provider to be tested for infection and while you are there, maybe for pregnancy as well.
