Great article, Joanne!
It's always a good reminder how exercise can improve our overall wellbeing. Kudos for sticking to your goals (despite setbacks). It's inspiration we all need from time to time. In my own situation, I'm experiencing my own setback--haven't worked out for nearly 2 weeks, and feel awful, guilty, etc. Thanks for the push in the right direction.
