I started 'squatting' a few weeks ago and I'm amazed at how much better I look and feel. I was a bit skeptical at first and it was awkward and I didn't really think it would make that much of a difference but it actually has ... a real big difference. My skin is clearer and my hair looks better. My stomach is flatter. It might take a few weeks, or at least a week, to notice a difference. I highly recommend it for children and adults as well.
