I have also used the Diva Cup for at least 5 years, probably more. It saves so much money and you don't produce the extreme amount of waste that pads and tampons produce. Plus, most pads and tampons are dyed with bleach and other harsh chemicals and women are using them next to sensitive tissue in their bodies month after month, year after year - that doesn't sound healthy! I hear that the Diva Cup doesn't fit some women, so I would recommend cloth pads like Moon Pads, that you wash after each use. I use Moon Pads as back-up with my Diva Cup on heavy flow days.
