I was in France and Italy for the 1st time a while ago and I noticed a few interesting things: a) I swear EVERYONE runs; b) everyone stops to enjoy their meals; and c) no fast foods!!

The Europeans have it going on... their balance (ok minus the smoking) helps them to be some of the healthiest in the world. Just take the Mediterranean diet as an example.
