Why would you want to compete for a wedding? Anyway, these programs are all about money where program makers need to find something more extreme every time in order to get higher ratings. It's not about the poor dumb people who participate in these shows, its all about business.
And for those who don't like their noses, just don't look in the mirror. I'm sure those in the program aren't people misformed by birth or an accident who do might need surgery to get them to look a bit better for their wedding.
