The best thing you can do for yourself, is relax. You've done all you can for now. The Plan B is pretty effective--according to their website, "Plan B® One-Step works better the sooner you use it. If it is taken as directed within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure, it can significantly decrease the chance that you will become pregnant. About 7 out of every 8 women who would have gotten pregnant will not become pregnant. Plan B® One-Step works even better if taken within the first 24 hours after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure."
Keep in mind that Plan B is not meant to be regular birth control, so if you plan to be sexually active in the future, you should seek out other birth control.
