Thank you and i think your right, i don't think i have gone through the grieving process. its an excuse and denial i know but i havent got the time, ive got 2 kids that keep me to busy to grieve and face up to it all!! i have been on a waiting list for about a year for counselling and i do think that its the counselling i need, not the medication. i have a review with my doctor on the 29th so going to tell her how ive been feeling. thanks again for the message was unsure this site was genuine and just needed to know that im not on my own thank you claire xx
