Anon - Your doctor may or may not believe you, but the dozens of people who have posted to this site who had the same reaction would definitely believe you. I hope you will read through this thread, and even some of the others, as there's a lot to learn from what others have reported here. Please be aware that while it may seem to help to keep your arm immobile doing so can lead to additional problems, such as frozen shoulder. Take good care of yourself, this is very real!
