I am w/ u, Pat- and thanks to yr earlier comments at me :) To every anon and member, u r so NOT alone; that fle shot was just messed up. I think, we r all just lucky to have found this site and not felt we r to believe we r all nuts. I am now 2-3 weeks free of that aghast pain: I "OW!" and "OUCHED!" everytime my shoulder moved-- day or night. Try massaging the area w/ yr other hand-- slow, gentle while watching TV.
