I only discovered that my coil had been completely pulled out with a tampon after my other half happened to mention during sex he could no longer feel the strings.
It wasn't until I checked the bin and found it attached to a tampon I knew it was out. There was absolutely no pain. This could of happened over a 2 week period and later discovered I was pregnant.
