Any time you have unprotected sex you risk pregnancy, so it is possible you are pregnant. Most women don't have immediate symptoms, though, so it is entirely possible you are just freaking yourself out.
If you miss a period, take a home pregnancy test. Until then, just take your pills on time, use back up contraception for a week, and try not to obsess on the possibilities because it may make your period later and that will really freak you out.
