Hun i spoke with the pateints advocacy yesterday morning. she will send out a few helpful idears but they really do not have the means to oversee and help like I thought. I thought they had a case manager they would give to oversee there is no more game play. This is not what they do. She wants me to call BCBS my insurace and have them give me a case manager to oversee this. I have already explained I do not trust my insurance company in regards to all of this for good reason.
