ddadf88 - If you went through all the processes to get the breast biopsy - such as the insurance approval and physician referral - then you can report the organization that did the biopsy to the appropriate regulatory agency. It's not clear to me if you went to a hospital or a private practice. If it was a hospital then contact the Patient Relations department, if it was a private practice or business then contact the practice manager. There's no reason why a scheduled test would be thrown away and the test needs to be done again so you have the information you need to take care of your health.
