Are you seeing a rheumatologist? Even if you are, I suggest a second opinion. Obviously you are not manipulating your own B12 levels with your magical mind.

How is your neck? Arm numbness can sometimes be related to neck issues. I'm sorry your doctor treated you poorly. Please keep us posted. It took me about 15 years to get diagnosed with RA, in spite of seeing multiple doctors. I finally diagnosed myself and referred myself to a rheumatologist who diagnosed me right away. By then I already had permanent joint deformities. So hang in there and if you know something is wrong, do not give up.
