We cannot give you any type of odds. Since you have had unprotected sex, you could be pregnant but two negative tests indicate either you took them at the wrong time, you are not pregnant, or you are pregnant and the hormone levels caused a false negative.
In your situation it seems you have done about all you can do at home on your own. I suggest you see your ob/gyne for a blood draw pregnancy test and an exam to see just what is going on. Then, if you want to become pregnant and you aren't yet, you can discuss the best approach with your doc.
