Hi KWootton,
Thank you for your question and for being a part of the EmpowHER community.
Each woman's experience with pregnancy is different from the next, so it's hard to say exactly what could be going on. "Morning Sickness" can occur any time of day, and could include vomiting or just nausea, or both. Generally speaking, the nausea can subside anywhere from the 12-15th week (second trimester). If you've been tired a lot, your energy may start to come back around then too. Some women find it helps to keep your stomach full, by spacing out your eating every two hours, or snack on plain crackers. You also can suck on hard candy to help calm your stomach. Some also say ginger (soda or losenges) can help with stomach discomfort. Taking a B6 vitamin also may help.

If you are concerned about your nausea, vomiting, or other symptom, don't be afraid to call your doctor's office and talk with the nurse. They may have more ideas for dealing with your symptoms or prescribe pregnancy approved medication in extreme cases.
Hope this information helps! Hope it's smooth sailing this pregnancy for you from now on.
