What meds are you taking for the Crohn's? Many Crohn's patients take prednisone or prednisolone (a steroid) and that can be really hard on the stomach and cause gastritis. It's hard to avoid steroids with Crohn's, but sometimes a doc will have you take an ulcer preventing drug to counteract that gastric issue from the steroids.
